Our bear hunters have a very high success rate. Every year we bring the full range of colors from blonde to cinnamon and black, into our camps. We hunt from horseback or vehicle with well trained bear dogs from our lodge or backcountry camps.

Our emphasis is on quality hunting and not on large numbers of people. Most of our hunts are managed for one party in a camp at a time so you can count on getting the kind of attention, advice and guiding experience you deserve.

Hunting permits are controlled for bighorn sheep and mountain goats which are plentiful and often of record proportions.

We hunt elk, mule deer, white-tail deer, bighorn sheep and mountain goat during some of the longest fall seasons in the country.

The bow-hunting for elk and deer is exceptional in early fall. This is an exclusive bow-hunting season during the prime weeks of early bugling.

Rifle hunting season extends over several months in these protected, backcountry regions.

Idaho is known for the size of its mountain lions. Record book cougars have been taken from this region.

Our extensive backcountry encourages this trophy growth. Cougars have plenty of prey and cover here, with very little human interaction. We hunt on foot , horseback or snowmobile with well-trained hounds through a spectacular winter landscape.

Mountain Lion harvests have steadily increased for the past ten years in Idaho. The cougar season extends through the full three months of winter.
